What Should You Know About CDS 2 Admit Card 2018?

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is all set to conduct the CDS II 2018 examination in November on 18th November 2018. Candidates will get the  UPSC CDS II 2018 admit card in 1st week of November month. The card is easy to download, and candidates can do so by entering their registration number and their DOB or date of birth from the website. 




This is a bi-annual examination, which the UPSC conducts twice a year. After the written examination, candidates will be called for SSB Interview. Candidates need to remember but only clearing the cut-off marks are called in for an interview. Since the exam is to be held on the 18th November, admit cards have to be downloaded before that and will not be available thereafter. Please remember, the hall tickets will not be sent by post, and hence, they have to be downloaded, else you will not be allowed to attempt the paper.

●Download the CDS II Admit Card 2018 by following these steps

●Go to the UPSC website - www.upsc.gov.in

●Go to 'What's New' and then click on the link for the admit card

Follow the easy process

●Once you are on the log-in page, click on download admit card

●Use your registration number or examination roll number to download the card

●Enter the number and download the card

●Remember to take a printout of the card as it is necessary to enter the examination hall

Note: Check the admit card properly. If there is even the smallest discrepancy, then bring it to the notice of the concerned officials.

Important Instructions

●CDS II Admit Card 2018 would comprise of all the necessary personal details of the candidates plus, exam centre, exam date and duration along with subjects will also be mentioned.

●Go through all the mentioned instructions, if you detect any errors then try to bring it to the notice of the concerned officials.

●Along with the CDS II Exam Call Letter, also carry an original Id Proof and a Xerox of the ID-Proof.

●Electronic Gadgets like Calculator, Mobiles, etc. are strictly prohibited in the examination center/hall.

Keep the Admit Card for Combined Defence Service Test safe and secure till the last stage of the selection process completes.

UPSC CDS II Result 2018

The UPSC CDS 2 result 2018 is expected to be declared in December 2018. Candidates, who qualify for the written exam, will be called for the SSB Interview round. Candidates will be able to check their result by finding their names and roll numbers in the result PDF released at the official UPSC website.
